Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of notary seals, custom products can only be returned if there is a manufacturing error or shipping damage. Non-custom supplies may be returned within 30 days.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a photo of the product if there is a defect.

• 2.
  Receive Authorization

  Wait for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label via email.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the items in their original packaging and drop them off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once received, we will inspect the item and process your refund or ship a corrected replacement within 3 business days.
